Make It A Habit Every day
Think of the things you do every day. You brush your teeth. You have a meal, three, or five. You make your bed. You drive your car. You go to work.
Now let’s get more basic. Every day, you stand up. You put on shoes. You walk. You probably don’t too much thought into these things. However your feet, they’re just there – ready to take you wherever you need to go, right to the very last step. Your feet are one
of the most important parts of your body. They get you from point A to point B. But, feet are the most neglected body part.
Studies have shown, that the average American walks 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day – the equivalent of walking five times around the Earth during a lifetime. The American Podiatric Medical Association reports that three-quarters of all Americans will experience foot health problems at some point during their lives.
As you may have seen in our newsletter or on Twitter, April 1st kicked off National Foot Health Awareness month, and this is the perfect time to renew your focus on your feet! Get on that path and start paying attention to your feet…every day and make it a daily habit.
